Disconnect and remove the aftertreatment injector fuel supply line at the inlet of the aftertreatment fuel shutoff manifold. Refer to Procedure 011-051 in Section 11.
Disconnect and remove the aftertreatment injector fuel supply line at the outlet of the aftertreatment fuel shutoff manifold. Refer to Procedure 011-051 in Section 11.
When using solvents, acids, or alkaline materials for cleaning, follow the manufacturer’s recommendations for use. Wear goggles and protective clothing to reduce the possibility of personal injury.
Clean the aftertreatment fuel shutoff valve and aftertreatment fuel pressure sensor with safety solvent.
Inspect the o-ring for cuts or wear. Replace the o-ring if necessary.

WARNING
Wear appropriate eye and face protection when using compressed air. Flying debris and dirt can cause personal injury.
Clean the aftertreatment fuel shutoff manifold with safety solvent.
Use compressed air to clean the aftertreatment fuel shutoff manifold and remove any debris.
Make sure the filter screen and orifice are in the fuel inlet side of the aftertreatment fuel shutoff valve manifold.
Inspect the threads of the aftertreatment fuel shutoff manifold for damage. If the threads are damaged, replace the aftertreatment fuel shutoff assembly (the assembly consists of the aftertreatment fuel shutoff manifold, the aftertreatment fuel shutoff valve, and the aftertreatment fuel pressure sensor).
Connect the wiring harness to the aftertreatment fuel shutoff valve, fuel drain valve, and aftertreatment fuel pressure sensor. Refer to Procedure 019-444 in Section 19.
