Install the cam follower lever into a vise with brass jaws.
The cam follower lever does not have a through hole in which to drive the roll pin for removal.
Use a hammer and cam follower pin driver, Part No. 3823592, or a suitable pin punch to drive the roll pin out
of the lever (1) and into the roller pin (2).
Install the cam follower lever into an arbor press.
Caution: Use the largest feeler gauge that will fit between the roller and the lever to prevent leg deflection
when removing the roller pin. This will reduce shaving of the bronze roller pin and prevent leg breakage.
Install a feeler gauge between the roller and the leg of the lever.
Push the roller pin from the cam follower lever. Discard the unacceptable rollers and all the roller pins.
