Steam clean and dry with compressed air.
Check the mounting web for cracks. Check the housing for dents or raised surfaces. Replace the damper if any
of these defects are identified.
Measure the thickness in four places 90 degrees apart approximately 3.18 mm [0.125-inch] from the outside di-
ameter as shown.
The difference between any two of the four measurements must not exceed 0.25 mm [0.010-inch].
