Cummins ISX11.9 CM2250 – Service Manual 007-011 Lubricating Oil Dipstick Tube

Install a new tube-to-block connector, if necessary.

Torque Value: 27 n.m [239 in-lb]

Install the dipstick tube bracket onto the cylinder block, if removed.

Torque Value: 47 n.m [35 ft-lb]

Install the dipstick tube bracket onto the intake manifold, if removed.

Torque Value: 20 n.m [177 in-lb]

Install the dipstick tube into the tube-to-block connector.

Tighten the compression nut.

Torque Value: 27 n.m [239 in-lb]

Install the dipstick tube P-clip capscrew and P-clip.

Tighten the capscrew finger-tight into the bracket.

Tighten the P-clip capscrew.

Torque Value: 20 n.m [177 in-lb]

Install the dipstick into the dipstick tube.

Install
