Install
NOTE: Install a light coating of high temperature anti- seize compound to the threads of the exhaust gas
pressure sensor tube prior to installation.
Install the exhaust gas pressure sensor tube to the port on the exhaust manifold and to the exhaust gas pressure
sensor mounting pedestal. Make sure both fittings are hand tight prior to tightening the fittings.
NOTE: For front gear train engines, the exhaust gas pressure sensor tube connects to the water outlet connection (not shown).
Install the mounting fastener securing the exhaust gas pressure sensor tube to the EGA cooler mounting bracket
and tighten.
Torque Value: 10 N•m [ 89 in-lb ]
Tighten the exhaust pressure sensor tube fittings.
Torque Value: 10 N•m [ 89 in-lb ]
