EGR Cooler Coolant Supply Line
• For Rear Gear Train engines, if disassembled, assemble the EGR cooler supply line onto the EGR cooler and install the EGR cooler assembly. Refer to Procedure 011-019.
• Install and connect the EGR cooler coolant supply line to the cylinder head coolant fitting. Secure the hose
clamps to the EGR cooler coolant supply line connections.
EGR Cooler Coolant Return Line
• Install the EGR cooler coolant return line. Secure the hose clamps to the EGR cooler coolant return line connections.
Torque Value: 54 N•m [ 40 ft-lb ]
• Install the nut to the studded capscrew on the lubricating oil cooler housing. Tighten the nut.
Torque Value: 10 N•m [ 89 in-lb ]
