Remove the three capscrews holding the ECM mounting plate to the cylinder block.
NOTE: Do not lose the vibration isolators while removing the capscrews.
NOTE: On engines with an aluminum ECM mounting plate, the steel yoke and ECM mounting plate are removed as an assembly
