cylinder bank 1 (U_MV1) and cylinder bank 2 (U_MV2)

On the M57, the 6 cylinders are divided into 2 “banks”.
Bank 1 consists of cylinders 1 to 3 and bank 2 consists of cylinders 4 to 6.
Each pair of cylinders in the M67 cylinder groups form a bank.
Consequently, there are 2 banks per control unit.
