Park machine safely. (See procedure in Section 10, Group 05.)
[2] – Remove hood.
[3] – Remove four mounting nuts (A).
[4] – Remove exhaust pipe support cap screw (B).
[5] – Remove muffler.
Installation is done in the reverse order of removal.
– Clean off old gasket material and install new gasket and muffler.
– Install muffler on exhaust manifold studs and tighten four mounting nuts (A) to specification.
– Install and tighten exhaust pipe support cap screw (B).
