The exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) temperature sensor is located in the EGR mass measurement flow assembly.

Remove
|

Disconnect the wiring harness connector.
Remove the sensor from the EGR mass measurement flow assembly.
|
|
|
|
|
Install
|

NOTE: Make sure the sealing washer is captured on the threaded portion of the sensor.
Install the sensor and tighten.
Torque Value: 13.6 n.m [120 ft-lb]
Connect the wiring harness to the sensor. An audible click will be heard when the connector locks in place.

|
Operate the engine and verify proper operation (no fault codes).
|
