This fixture is designed to hold and rotate the cylinder head to various positions during the rebuild process, as required. The fixture can be adjusted to the desired length by moving the end brackets.

Used to inspect cylinder heads and other ferrous castings that can not be magnafluxed for crack detection.

Used to determine if the valves are correctly seated in the cylinder head. The seal ring, Part Number ST 1257-3, and vacuum cup, Part Number ST 1257-6, are purchased separately.

Used to measure the valve spring load at the valve spring working height.

Used with the valve seat puller to remove the valve seat insert from the cylinder head.

Used to remove and install valve guides from the cylinder head. This kit contains intake valve guide driver, Part Number 3823269, exhaust valve guide driver, Part Number 3823270, and valve guide remover, Part Number  3823271.

Used to measure the valve recess in the cylinder head.

Used to measure the length of the cylinder head mounting capscrews.

Used to plug oil passages and drillings during a repair procedure.

Used to pressure-test the cylinder head injector sleeves for leakage.

Used to lift the cylinder head during removal from and installation onto the engine.

Used to remove the exhaust valve seat inserts.

Used to remove the intake valve seat inserts.
